SurveyExtreme is an online platform that allows users to create surveys with various question types, share them via links, and analyze responses through real-time statistics and charts. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

To create surveys, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

• Distribute spam, phishing attempts, or malware through surveys
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Survey Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the surveys you create and the content within them. By using the Service, you grant SurveyExtreme a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your survey content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content of your surveys. We reserve the right to remove any survey that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

6. Survey Responses

Survey responses are stored on our platform and made available to the survey creator. If a survey creator enables public results, aggregated response data will be visible to anyone with the results link. Individual respondent identities are not collected unless the survey creator explicitly requests such information within their survey questions.

7. Advertising

The Service is ad-supported. By using SurveyExtreme, you agree that we may display advertisements on pages throughout the site, including on survey pages. We use Google AdSense and similar advertising networks to serve these ads.

8. Intellectual Property

The SurveyExtreme name, logo, website design, and all related software and technology are the property of SurveyExtreme and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurveyExtreme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
